FlipBeacon (“we”) stores the information you give us and generate in the app so it can work: your email, saved searches, matched listings, saved/favorited listings, pipeline notes, and outreach drafts. We use it only to operate FlipBeacon and send the alerts you enable.
Third-party data. Property, valuation, and location data come from third-party providers (e.g. RentCast, OpenStreetMap for road/location context, and Google Maps for property hero imagery). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Push notifications, when enabled, are delivered via OneSignal.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors above as needed to run the service.
Your controls. You can edit your outreach email and alert settings in Account, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Delete account.
